Nothing on this website — including the trade protocol, commodity coverage, or any indicative terms described here — constitutes an offer to buy or sell any commodity, or a commitment by Havilah Investments and Mining (Pty) Ltd to enter into any transaction. Submitting an enquiry does not create any binding obligation on either party. Any transaction proceeds only under a written mandate and is subject to our trade protocol, including counterparty verification and the relevant gates described in it.

Havilah Investments and Mining acts as an origination house. We do not take title to any commodity and do not act as principal in any transaction we originate.

This site and its content are provided for the purpose of informing prospective counterparties about our origination process and inviting enquiries. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.

This site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be available uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
